This full-time role is perfect for a seasoned construction professional who thrives managing both ground-up builds and complex open-store remodels for major retail, warehouse, and distribution clients.
You’ll lead job site operations day-to-day, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects run smoothly and meet exacting standards. Night shift coordination for remodels and consistent communication with clients and project teams will be key.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years’ superintendent experience in commercial construction

Proven ability managing both ground-up construction and retail remodels

Experience working in high-activity retail environments, such as large national chains

Willingness and capacity for extensive travel across multiple states

Availability to support night shifts when required
