This is the ideal role for a PE-licensed Structural Engineer with 6–10 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of projects and people. You’ll work on innovative commercial, multifamily, and institutional buildings while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with architects, developers, and contractors.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead projects from concept to construction—structural analysis, design oversight, scheduling, and client communication

Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and quality delivery

Coordinate with architects and stakeholders to ensure design integrity, constructability, and efficiency

Deliver technically sound, code-compliant structural systems across steel, concrete, masonry, and wood

Conduct QA/QC reviews, participate in site visits, and resolve construction-phase challenges
