We’re seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing Baltimore-area team. You’ll work across a broad range of building types—from luxury residential and multifamily to healthcare, education, and parking structures. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design structural systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood

  • Develop drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit

  • Perform structural analysis and calculations under the guidance of licensed engineers

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs

  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration tasks

  • Grow your technical and professional skills in a supportive team environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus preferred)

  • FE/EIT certification required

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • PE license or path to licensure preferred

  • Familiarity with analysis software such as RAM, RISA, or Enercalc is a plus
