You’ll also benefit from direct mentorship, a strong team culture, and exposure to advanced engineering practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and analyze structural systems including concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and cold-formed metal framing

  • Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and calculation packages

  • Conduct field inspections and support construction administration

  • Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and code compliance

  • Assist in client communications and technical presentations

  • Support junior staff and collaborate on internal knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • 4–6 years of structural engineering experience, ideally with mid- to high-rise buildings in NY/NJ

  • PE license or EIT certification (preferred or in progress)

  • Proficiency with analysis and design tools such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit

  • Working knowledge of NYC and NYS building codes

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive mindset and interest in working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment

If you're a structural engineer looking to take on challenging work, grow technically, and be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we’d love to speak with you.
