In this role, you will:

Lead the development of construction engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations

Take ownership of heavy lift planning, rigging design, temporary shoring, demolition engineering, and field support

Collaborate directly with contractor clients from project kickoff through execution—your voice and input will influence real-world builds

Support site operations through inspections, troubleshooting, and quick-turn solutions to keep projects on track

Work across disciplines and present confidently in high-stakes client and contractor meetings
