In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of construction engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations

  • Take ownership of heavy lift planning, rigging design, temporary shoring, demolition engineering, and field support

  • Collaborate directly with contractor clients from project kickoff through execution—your voice and input will influence real-world builds

  • Support site operations through inspections, troubleshooting, and quick-turn solutions to keep projects on track
