You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and PEs who are invested in your growth. You’ll contribute to project design and documentation, expand your software expertise, and develop the technical and professional skills that set great engineers apart.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in the design of structural systems in concrete, steel, wood, and masonry

Prepare drawings, calculations, and construction documents under PE supervision

Support site visits and field observations to verify design implementation

Learn and apply building codes, design standards, and firm best practices

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal team members

Grow technical depth and industry knowledge through hands-on mentorship
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
-
EIT (FE) certification required
-
Proficiency or exposure to AutoCAD and Revit
-
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn

Familiarity with RISA, RAM, or ETABS is a plus
-
Internship or co-op experience in structural design is a bonus

$75,000–$110,000 salary, depending on experience
