About the Company: We are a commercial general contractor specializing in building high-quality projects such as corporate/medical office spaces, labs, and medical clinics . With extensive experience in both interior renovations and ground-up construction, we manage projects that range from 3,000 to 20,000 sq ft and from $750K to $10M.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ground-up construction, ideally with projects ranging from $2M to $8M in value. This role is critical to the successful execution of our commercial projects, and we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple aspects of the construction process independently.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial general contracting, with a focus on ground-up construction.
  • Experience managing projects in the up to 10M range 
  • Procore experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of construction financial tools and master scheduling is ideal 
  • Looking for someone comfortable running multiple projects at once  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Bonus: Minimum 10% annual performance-based bonus.
