Senior Structural Engineer

Shape skylines in a firm that sets the bar in structural innovation. Lead complex, high-profile building projects, mentor junior engineers, and take on real design responsibility from day one. With a PE license and a background in civil or structural engineering, you’ll be part of a team that’s redefining the urban fabric of Florida and beyond.

We’re also hiring for this role in Miami, FL.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

  • Lead structural design for major commercial, residential, and institutional projects, including mid-rise and high-rise structures
  • Execute advanced analysis of concrete, steel, and masonry systems for performance, safety, and code compliance
  • Direct the creation of construction documents, specifications, and technical narratives
  • Collaborate with top architects, developers, and consultants on complex, fast-moving projects
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide technical development
  • Join project walkthroughs and conduct on-site structural inspections
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and design charrettes, helping drive coordination and creative solutions

You’re a strong fit if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil or structural engineering, with a focus on buildings
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • PE license (or ability to obtain in Florida)
  • Proficiency in Revit, RAM, ETABS, and other industry-standard design tools
  • Clear understanding of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI codes and how to apply them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: experience with field reports, existing building evaluations, or adaptive reuse projects

What makes this team different:
This is not a typical engineering role. You’ll join a firm that’s actively engineering some of the tallest, most complex, and most ambitious structures in the country—including award-winning towers, mixed-use hubs, and cutting-edge urban developments. The team is known nationally for pushing the boundaries of what structural systems can do, while maintaining a grounded, collaborative culture.

Recent Highlights:

  • Structural work on multiple award-winning projects recognized in 2024 by ENR and CTBUH
  • Growth-driven hiring in Florida and nationwide, with a focus on technical leadership
  • Recent expansion into resilient design and sustainable building systems
