As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:
- Lead structural design for major commercial, residential, and institutional projects, including mid-rise and high-rise structures
- Execute advanced analysis of concrete, steel, and masonry systems for performance, safety, and code compliance
- Direct the creation of construction documents, specifications, and technical narratives
- Collaborate with top architects, developers, and consultants on complex, fast-moving projects
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide technical development
- Join project walkthroughs and conduct on-site structural inspections
- Represent the firm in client meetings and design charrettes, helping drive coordination and creative solutions
You’re a strong fit if you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in civil or structural engineering, with a focus on buildings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license (or ability to obtain in Florida)
- Proficiency in Revit, RAM, ETABS, and other industry-standard design tools
- Clear understanding of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI codes and how to apply them
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: experience with field reports, existing building evaluations, or adaptive reuse projects

Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000–$130,000 base salary, depending on experience
