What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in MEP, Architecture, or Engineering
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the AEC industry
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Support and mentor junior recruiters as we scale
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Orlando office
- Deliver results with consistency, quality, and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in Building Services or Architecture
- Confidence in business development and account management
- Strong performance history in target-driven roles
- Leadership potential, or prior experience mentoring others
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and organization
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a desire to grow
