What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead geotechnical design and investigations for complex infrastructure and development projects

  • Oversee foundation, retaining wall, and excavation support design — including analysis with PLAXIS, LPILE, and more

  • Prepare and review geotechnical reports, technical specifications, and construction documents

  • Coordinate field investigations and construction-phase support

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence across the team

  • Manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules

  • Support proposal development, invoicing, and business growth

  • Collaborate closely with transportation, environmental, and structural teams


What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering (Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required)

  • PE license (required)

  • 10+ years of geotechnical engineering and project leadership experience

  • Field and office experience with deep foundations, ground improvement, excavation support, and construction oversight

  • Proficiency in tools like PLAXIS, Slide/SLOPE/W, LPILE, GRLWEAP, and gINT

  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and client-facing skills

  • Strong judgment, detail orientation, and ability to lead multiple complex projects
