You’ll take the reins on multiple major projects across façades, roofs, plazas, and garages. These include both landmark buildings and modern icons, with a technical focus on structural restoration and renovation. You'll lead a high-performing team of engineers and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors on New York's most pressing inspection and rehabilitation efforts—especially under Local Law 11/FISP.

What You’ll Need:

7+ years of relevant structural or restoration engineering experience

5+ years of Local Law 11/FISP experience required

PE license (or eligibility) strongly preferred

Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

Strong grasp of building envelope systems, repair strategies, and DOB processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and structural software (RAM, STAAD, RISA)

NYC project experience is essential
