As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (4–8 years’ experience), you’ll take ownership of complex geotechnical investigations, foundation design, and soil/rock mechanics analysis on some of the region’s most exciting infrastructure and building projects. You’ll lead field programs, supervise junior staff, and deliver technical solutions that directly impact skylines and communities.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading geotechnical investigations, lab testing programs, and foundation design (deep/shallow)

Performing slope stability, settlement, seismic, and retaining wall analysis

Preparing geotechnical reports and technical documentation for public agencies and private developers

Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams (structural, civil, environmental)

Guiding junior engineers, fostering professional growth and high-quality delivery

Attending client meetings and supporting business development with technical input
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

4–8 years’ consulting experience in geotechnical engineering

PE license (or on track within 12 months)

Proven track record delivering high-quality, timely technical work

Strong communication skills to interact with clients, agencies, and colleagues
