What You’ll Do:

  • Lead geotechnical investigations, lab testing programs, and foundation design (deep & shallow)

  • Perform slope stability, settlement, seismic, and retaining wall analysis

  • Prepare geotechnical reports and technical documentation for agencies and developers

  • Collaborate with structural, civil, and environmental project teams

  • Mentor junior engineers to drive technical excellence and professional growth

  • Attend client meetings and provide technical input for business development

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • 4–8 years in geotechnical consulting

  • PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

  • Strong track record delivering high-quality, timely technical work
