Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating

- Experience bidding on construction projects in Retail, High-end Retail, Corporate Offices. Preferably renovations and fit-outs.

- Experience in the tri-state area

- In office position - Must be willing to commute to Long Island, NY
