You’ll be leading a range of infrastructure and site development projects — from stormwater systems and grading to municipal permitting and traffic control. As a trusted technical leader, you’ll mentor junior engineers, guide project delivery, and work closely with clients across both public and private sectors.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage and design complex civil engineering projects — site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and more

Lead the preparation of plans, specifications, permit packages, and land development applications

Guide day-to-day communication with clients, regulators, and design teams

Contribute to project budgets, task scheduling, and proposal development

Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative project culture

Integrate civil, environmental, and GIS workflows for smarter, more sustainable designs
What you’ll bring:

5–8 years of civil/site engineering experience
-
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
-
PE license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Familiarity with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools a plus
-
Experience with PennDOT, municipal permitting, and Pennsylvania regulatory standards preferred

Interest in renewable energy projects and/or GIS integration a bonus

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license required
