What you’ll bring:

12+ years in civil engineering with leadership in site design, permitting, and delivery

NY PE license and fluency in NYSDOT, county DOTs, and municipal processes

Civil 3D or MicroStation experience

Strong proposal, presentation, and mentorship skills

Entrepreneurial drive to grow a local civil engineering presence
