Our client is a design-focused structural engineering firm with a specialty in restoration. They’re looking for a Restoration Project Manager to join their team in Philadelphia and take ownership of projects from condition assessment through construction. You’ll work closely with architects, owners, and internal design teams to bring historic and aging buildings back to life with structural clarity and creative precision.
Key Responsibilities

Lead condition assessments for building façades, parking decks, and structural components

Perform field investigations using hands-on inspection techniques, lifts, and sounding

Oversee repair drawings, specifications, and technical reporting

Manage project schedules, construction coordination, and client communication

Supervise junior engineers in both field and office environments

Attend site visits, including work at height on active buildings

Collaborate on structural solutions for concrete, masonry, and steel repairs
What You’ll Need to Succeed

5+ years of experience in façade restoration, structural repair, or garage rehabilitation

Strong skills in structural analysis and repair detailing

Field experience with hands-on inspections and construction oversight

Ability to lead technical work and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Interest in mentoring junior engineers

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience
