A leading restoration firm in Philadelphia is looking for a Restoration Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to take on challenging façade and parking structure projects that shape the city’s skyline.
What You’ll Do:

Assess façades, garages, and exterior systems for deterioration and safety

Perform inspections using scaffolding, lifts, or rope access (SPRAT certification or strong interest required)

Document conditions and prepare detailed reports and submittals

Support repair design with structural analysis and AutoCAD drafting

Provide construction administration and collaborate with contractors and architects throughout each phase
What You Bring:

4–8 years of structural/restoration engineering experience
-
Experience in façade or parking structure inspections
-
SPRAT certification (or willingness to obtain)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with RAM, STAAD, or RISA
-
Comfort working at height and strong technical documentation skills
