We are seeking a Regional Director to lead our DC Metro office—overseeing business development, project delivery, and a multidisciplinary team of engineers. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on growth, client relationships, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee all civil engineering operations for the DC Metro region
- Drive business development, develop proposals, and cultivate client relationships
- Manage multiple project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
- Mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering staff to grow technical and professional capabilities
- Oversee technical aspects of site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and erosion control
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain industry-leading standards of practice
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including leadership and land development/project management
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, SWMM (or similar), and other civil design software
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and strategic leadership skills
- Local AHJ experience and industry involvement a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $150,000–$200,000+, depending on experience
- Paid overtime at 1.0x hourly rate
