What You’ll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Architecture, MEP, or Engineering

Develop and maintain client relationships while expanding your book of business

Source, screen, and place top candidates into career-changing opportunities

Work with senior recruiters to learn advanced strategies and grow your desk

Contribute ideas and energy to a supportive and goal-driven office culture
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales (AEC experience is a plus)

Comfortable with business development and managing client accounts

Strong phone skills, resilience, and a results-focused mindset

Motivated to grow into a senior role with guidance and training

Organized, self-motivated, and eager to collaborate with a high-performing team
