Project Manager- Mid Level

Bring your project management skills to a firm that believes construction should be a positive experience—for clients, crews, and communities. Based in northwest Ohio, this general contractor is hiring a mid-level Project Manager to take ownership of commercial projects in the Toledo region. Think school renovations, new retail buildouts, fast-paced restaurant work—projects where clear communication and smart scheduling make all the difference.

No micromanagement here. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals who take pride in the work and trust you to run your jobs with autonomy. The team’s strength comes from long-standing client relationships and repeat work, and your role will be key to maintaining that reputation.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Can:

  • Keep multiple projects moving without losing sight of details

  • Coordinate schedules, subs, and site logistics across changing conditions

  • Communicate clearly with owners, architects, and superintendents

  • Manage budgets, change orders, documentation, and closeout tasks

  • Stay calm and organized when things go off-plan (because they always do)

You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction project manager

  • Field or office experience on retail, education (K-12), or restaurant jobs

  • Familiarity with regional permitting, safety standards, and code compliance

  • Comfort using construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

  • A base in or near northwest Ohio, or the willingness to commute to the Toledo area

The company has been building across Ohio since the 1990s and keeps growing by treating its people right. There’s a focus here on real relationships—internally and externally—and on building things that last. You won’t just get thrown into a pile of bids. You’ll get support, a voice, and the chance to take projects from start to finish.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) with company match

  • PTO, paid holidays, and vacation time

  • Career stability with a well-respected regional contractor
