Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in commercial construction to join our growing team in Toledo, OH. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in in the following project markets: Commercial, Educational (K-12), Retail/Restaurant 

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and safety standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)- a plus
