Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee budgets, estimates, and financial documentation

Manage schedules for subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Collaborate with architects and engineers to advance project plans

Track procurement of equipment and materials while monitoring inventory

Provide regular progress reports and adjust schedules when needed

Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Perform cost analysis and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Project Manager in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing construction
