We are currently seeking Senior level Project Management staff with experience in High Rise and Luxury Residential builds in MA.
The role:
- Oversee multiple new construction projects in the residential sector, primarily in high-end or luxury residential
- Oversee all trades on project from pre-construction phase
- Split time between office and project site - within 1 hour from Lawrence, MA
Requirements:
- 7 + years of experience in Residential Construction - Preferably high-end/luxury with experience in high-rises
- 3 years in MA construction specifically - preferably Northshore
- Experience in a GC or Design Build firm.
Details:
- UP to 180K base
- Little travel, all projects within 1 hour of HQ with most of the time being spent in the office.
