Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of heavy civil and site development projects

Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, labor, materials, change orders, and cash flow

Monitor project progress and team performance to ensure timelines and budgets are met

Make proactive recommendations on crew size, methods, and process improvements

Ensure quality control, jobsite safety, and strong communication with all project stakeholders

Manage daily reporting, compliance, permits, and documentation across multiple active jobs

Maintain working knowledge of local ordinances, OSHA guidelines, and relevant construction laws
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of civil construction project management experience

Proven leadership managing projects between $550K and $15M

Strong experience in both public and private sector jobs

Comfortable with scheduling software and Excel; able to interpret data to make decisions

Clear communicator who can lead both internal teams and subcontractors

Florida driver’s license with a clean MVR

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Location
Based in Lakeland, FL, with regional travel as needed.
