Project Manager

You’ve led commercial and industrial jobs from start to finish. You’re confident handling scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors without layers of support. And you know how construction moves in South Florida—permitting challenges, weather unpredictability, client expectations. That’s exactly the kind of experience this Miami-based general contractor is looking for.

They’re hiring a Project Manager who can own the full lifecycle of commercial and industrial projects: ground-up office builds, warehouse developments, tenant improvements, and more. Someone who doesn’t just keep jobs running, but builds with precision, foresight, and accountability.

This role is based in Miami, and preference is given to candidates with existing ties to the South Florida construction market. Spanish fluency is a bonus, but not required.

You’ll work on active jobsites while managing logistics, contracts, and communications. You’ll take control of every element, from kickoff to closeout. And you’ll do it with full support from a team that consistently earns statewide and regional awards for project delivery.

What they’re offering:

  • Autonomy. No micromanagement. You’ll run your own jobs.

  • Support. Dedicated field crews, modern systems, and responsive leadership.

  • Resources. A gas card, vehicle allowance, phone, toll pass, and bonus program.

  • Security. 100% employer-paid health insurance for you (with options for dependents), 401(k) with match, and long-term growth in a stable company.

What they’re looking for:

  • At least 7 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor

  • Strong knowledge of ground-up office, industrial, and commercial work

  • A track record of delivering projects independently, without relying on a large team

  • Local experience—familiarity with subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting processes

  • Fluent English (Spanish preferred but not required)

Why this role stands out:
This firm builds for some of the biggest names in logistics, healthcare, and development. They’ve earned Build Florida Awards and Eagle Awards, and have been ranked among South Florida’s top general contractors. Their projects span from complex industrial hubs to sleek commercial spaces—and they’re looking for people who care about quality, reputation, and relationships.

If you’re ready for a role where you can lead confidently and get rewarded for it, this could be the move.
