We’re seeking a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our Planning and Site Design Department in Warrington, PA. This is a key role within a collaborative team delivering site design for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and educational developments. You’ll guide projects from concept through final approvals while overseeing technical execution and client coordination.
This is not just project oversight—you’ll be directly involved in designing and drafting your work while managing schedules, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead land development projects through all phases—from initial site analysis to construction documentation

Design grading, stormwater systems, erosion and sediment control, and utility layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Prepare and review permit submissions including NPDES and zoning applications

Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, and contractors

Conduct site investigations and ensure compliance with local/state design standards

Attend and present at client and municipal meetings

Manage multiple active projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing, technically focused team
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

EIT required; PE license in PA preferred

5–10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)

Strong technical knowledge in stormwater management, grading, utilities, and erosion control

Experience with zoning approvals, regulatory permitting, and agency coordination

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

Proven time and project management skills across multiple concurrent efforts
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
