Industrial Construction Project Manager

There’s major work ahead in Texas: $50M+ construction packages in advanced manufacturing, and we’re hiring the right PMs to take it on.

If you’re a Construction Project Manager with large-scale industrial experience, this is your chance to lead complex field execution for one of the top-ranked contractors in the U.S. Openings are available in Rockdale and San Antonio, with each project backed by the resources, systems, and support of a national powerhouse, while still operating with the culture of a close-knit, family-run team.

These roles are ideal for PMs who want to own project execution from cradle to closeout — and who thrive working with technical scopes, schedule-critical trades, and fast-moving field teams.

  • Maintain daily reporting on schedule progress, safety incidents, and site conditions

  • Participate in constructability reviews and project strategy, including VDC coordination

  • Lead punch list and project turnover efforts
