What You'll Take On:
- Own preconstruction, procurement, buyout, execution strategy, and client relationship management
- Serve as the senior leader responsible for full project delivery, including schedule and budget oversight
- Managing project financial forecasting, profit tracking, and weekly reporting to stakeholders
- Present in executive level meetings and act as primary point of contact for owners
- Lead coordination between design teams, consultants, and trade partners
- Oversee field execution, quality assurance, safety compliance, and drive accountability across multiple job sites
- Manage and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field teams
- Support growth initiatives, RFPs, and strategic partnerships
You're a Strong Fit If You Bring:
- Proven expertise in large-scale construction project management, especially mission critical and industrial facilities
- Deep expertise of all facets of construction
- Strong command of contract negotiation, construction law basics, and project specific insurance programs
- Proficiency with project controls and construction management software including Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and ProjectSight
- Confidence in navigating and understanding design documents such as plans, specs, manuals, and installation instructions across various disciplines
Requirements:
- PMP certification
- 12+ years of experience with mission critical or large scale industrial construction projects, with significant leadership responsibility
- An undergraduate degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field
- Background in mission critical, data center, or large industrial/tech-sector projects
- Proven success managing high-value contracts ($50M-$150M+)
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking
- Willingness to travel regularly to regional job sites
