Requirements

5 to 12 years of project management experience, ideally mid-career level

Proven ground-up construction experience managing projects valued at $10M+, with an average project size around $20M+

Proficiency with project management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets

Experience working within municipal, healthcare (hospitals), and K-12/university markets

Ability to work primarily within the North Florida market; occasional travel to Orlando may be required

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
