We’re seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead diverse site development projects—from residential communities to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites. This position blends technical excellence with strategic leadership and offers a direct path to further career advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of civil/site projects including grading, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

  • Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to guide projects through the permitting process

  • Serve as the primary client contact—building trust and delivering results from concept to construction

  • Review plans and designs for technical accuracy and code compliance

  • Present projects at municipal meetings and land use boards

  • Support proposal development, budgeting, and scope definition

  • Conduct construction-phase services including site visits and contractor coordination

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth

  • Track project financials, including billing and accounts receivable

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • PE license (required)

  • 5+ years of experience in civil/site design and permitting

  • Expertise in stormwater management, utility layout, and grading design

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Familiarity with truck turning software and hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools

  • Solid understanding of zoning regulations and land development processes

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal or company vehicle

Preferred Software Experience:

  • Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack, StormCAD, SSA, HEC-RAS

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)

  • Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe Acrobat

Compensation & Benefits:
