We’re working with a long-established contractor known for public and private roadwork, site development, and infrastructure across Florida. Their team blends boots-on-the-ground know-how with forward-thinking project leadership, and they’re hiring a PM to help carry that momentum forward.
The Core of Your Role:

Own the day-to-day execution of civil construction jobs from kickoff through closeout

Direct self-perform and subcontractor crews across multiple active sites

Drive scheduling, purchasing, and cost tracking with minimal oversight

Lead coordination meetings, permit tracking, and QA/QC processes

Monitor job progress and offer performance recommendations to area leadership

Review project reports, subcontractor compliance, and safety performance

Guide projects to stay aligned with both budget targets and client expectations
What It Takes to Stand Out:

5+ years of experience managing sitework and civil infrastructure projects

Project history in the $500K to $15M+ range, spanning both private and DOT-funded jobs

Strong grasp of civil scopes including roadwork, utilities, and grading
-
Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with job tracking/reporting software preferred

Clear communicator with a track record of leading teams and vendors effectively

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Florida driver’s license and ability to meet standard pre-employment screenings
