We’re looking for a Civil Designer / CAD Professional to join our Warrington office. In this role, you’ll contribute to every stage of the design process—from early concepts to final construction documents—on a wide variety of land development projects.

You’ll be relied on for your Civil 3D expertise, your understanding of grading and stormwater systems, and your ability to balance accuracy with efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and draft complete site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Produce grading plans, stormwater management designs, erosion & sediment control plans, and utility layouts

  • Prepare documents and calculations for NPDES permitting and zoning approvals

  • Conduct site investigations and research local/state design standards

  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, clients, and agency reviewers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Manage and design multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and technical accuracy

  • Take ownership of your work—from initial concept through final approval

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in civil site design and land development

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)

  • Strong technical knowledge in grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility design

  • Familiarity with permitting processes (including NPDES) and zoning requirements

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize across multiple active projects

  • Commitment to quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
