Business Development Executive

Looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join a top ranked commercial general contractor! 

The position: Business Development -Looking for 5+yrs of sales experience working for a Commercial General Contractor

  • Reports to: CEO
  • Location: IL-/Remote options- ability to live out of state and travel
  • Salary: 200k + (depends on experience)  + Bonus/Commission 
  • Travel: IF out of state, need to be open to traveling to IL once a month for a few days to a week, in addition to trade shows and networking events as needed

 REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful related sales experience in Construction Management, working directly for a General Contractor 
  • Experienced working with CRM systems
  • Ability to travel on a minimal basis
  • Experienced closing deals in a consultative sales environment
  • Experienced with sales cycles ranging from 90 days to 16 months
  • Competitive drive and an ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience selling complex projects anywhere from 1-10M ideally
