Now, we're looking for a Building Remediation Project Manager/Inspector to join our Baltimore team. This role offers a blend of fieldwork, technical documentation, and project leadership. If you’re experienced in building assessments, repair scopes, and contractor coordination—and you're comfortable being on-site 60–80% of the time—let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct detailed building condition assessments across concrete, masonry, stucco, and façade systems

  • Diagnose structural and waterproofing deficiencies with confidence and precision

  • Develop repair scopes, CAD drawings, and quantity take-offs

  • Prepare construction documentation including bid forms, specifications, and detail drawings

  • Lead or support construction-phase inspections and site evaluations

  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications

  • Manage remediation projects across multiple phases—ensuring scope, budget, and quality compliance

  • Communicate with contractors, owners, and condo boards through site meetings and presentations

  • Collaborate with internal teams, support junior engineers, and contribute to firm-wide best practices

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in building remediation or structural inspections

  • EIT required; PE preferred

  • Familiarity with concrete testing, waterproofing systems, and façade restoration

  • Proficiency with CAD and Excel; knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud a plus

  • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, manage multiple projects, and travel up to 80%

  • Personal vehicle for travel to job sites (required)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 (bi-weekly pay, hourly beyond 80 hours)

  • Bonuses: Up to twice annually

  • Travel Reimbursement: For job site travel

  • Hours: Full-time (M–F), 8–9 hr/day depending on project needs
