Bridge Engineer | NY & NJ | Design, Inspections & Rehabilitation

Your Role:

  • Deliver bridge design, structural analysis, detailing, and rehabilitation projects

  • Lead inspections, load ratings, and evaluations to AASHTO, NYSDOT, and NJDOT standards

  • Prepare plans, specs, reports, and cost estimates

  • Oversee construction support—shop drawings, RFIs, and field coordination

  • Mentor junior staff and support proposals and project planning

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years in bridge engineering (design/inspection/rehab)

  • Proficiency in STAAD, SAP2000, LARSA; AutoCAD/MicroStation a plus

  • Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD and NY/NJ public agency standards

  • PE in NY/NJ preferred
