A well-established AEC firm is actively seeking a BIM/Revit Manager to lead its digital modeling efforts across multiple offices. This is a leadership opportunity for a Revit expert who can implement, train, and maintain BIM standards while supporting a diverse set of architectural and engineering teams.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping BIM strategy, managing Revit standards and tools, and driving continuous improvement through technology and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Revit and BIM standards across projects and offices

  • Manage BIM file structure, templates, and plug-ins for efficiency and consistency

  • Provide training and guidance to staff via in-person and virtual sessions

  • Coordinate with IT and leadership for software, hardware, and onboarding needs

  • Perform regular quality control audits and maintain process documentation

  • Lead model reviews to ensure compliance with firm and industry standards

  • Keep up with evolving BIM tools and trends; manage software budget and licenses

  • Troubleshoot Revit/BIM issues and support smooth project delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Revit Manager or equivalent experience (5+ years in similar role)

  • 3+ years in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firm

  • Strong experience with Revit (2024), ACC/BIM360, and AutoCAD Architecture

  • Familiarity with Dynamo; programming skills (Python, C#, VBA) a plus

  • Comfortable with cloud platforms, collaboration tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma)

  • Knowledge of architectural documentation, modeling practices, and building codes
