✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Revit and BIM standards across projects and offices

Manage BIM file structure, templates, and plug-ins for efficiency and consistency

Provide training and guidance to staff via in-person and virtual sessions

Coordinate with IT and leadership for software, hardware, and onboarding needs

Perform regular quality control audits and maintain process documentation

Lead model reviews to ensure compliance with firm and industry standards

Keep up with evolving BIM tools and trends; manage software budget and licenses

Troubleshoot Revit/BIM issues and support smooth project delivery
✅ Required Qualifications:

Certified Revit Manager or equivalent experience (5+ years in similar role)

3+ years in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firm

Strong experience with Revit (2024), ACC/BIM360, and AutoCAD Architecture
