What You'll Be Doing
- Help lead day-to-day site activities alongside the Superintendent
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, and local officials
- Enforce project safety standards and site-specific safety plans
- Track daily jobsite progress and produce detailed construction reports
- Support weekly subcontractor meetings, scheduling, and progress documentation
- Assist with QA/QC oversight and punch list completion
- Manage logistics, inspections, and material coordination
- Support project closeout and ensure smooth turnover to the client
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including phased or occupied renovations
- Familiarity with Procore is a plus
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Willingness to supervise night shifts when needed
- Strong writing and communication skills—must be comfortable interfacing with clients and inspectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, team-first approach
