What You'll Be Doing

  • Help lead day-to-day site activities alongside the Superintendent
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, and local officials
  • Enforce project safety standards and site-specific safety plans
  • Track daily jobsite progress and produce detailed construction reports
  • Support weekly subcontractor meetings, scheduling, and progress documentation
  • Assist with QA/QC oversight and punch list completion
  • Manage logistics, inspections, and material coordination
  • Support project closeout and ensure smooth turnover to the client

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including phased or occupied renovations
  • Familiarity with Procore is a plus
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Willingness to supervise night shifts when needed
  • Strong writing and communication skills—must be comfortable interfacing with clients and inspectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, team-first approach
