Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our commercial/retail construction team.

• In this role, you will assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• The Assistant Project Manager will collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• This is with a mid-sized and rapidly growing GC in the Tri-County FL areas (miami dade/broward, boca, delray, west palm, ft lauderdale)
• Open to fresh college graduates and Project Engineer/Coordinator levels 
• lots of room for growth potential 
• no travel
